The Delegates. Why is this? Well it seems that Qantas have nothing else better to do than to drum up drama. Middle management are now that bored and have nothing to do but to go total against their own polices and standards of behaviour polices. By picking on those who help and protect workers from the bully tackets and unjust conditions that the working enviroment we're put in, the management are further ostracize themselves from the harsh reality of the real world. Previous regimes and practices were put up for so long, then the regime was toppled. Now those underneath, the powers that use to be are trying to keep the failed regime going. They preach this "code of conduct" and make their workers adhere to the standards whilst at the same time allow their own corporate executives to blatantly ignore this so called conduct and ethics policy. At a local level the Management are no better. They stand workers down pending the most lame investigation but apparently not when it comes to corporate price fixing illegal freight cartels at an international level.
